The 2024 BLL Local Rules below have been approved by the BLL Board of Directors. Only minor changes to the rules can be made and no changes conflicting with the Little League International rulebook will be included in the BLL Local Rules.  Also included below are the recently improved rule changes to the Little League Rulebook. All changes voted on by the delegates and approved by the Little League International Board of Directors will go into effect for the 2024 season. 

These are the rules that divisions who participate in Interleague play will follow. Interleague play applies to divisions who are playing a game against a team from another league. When those games are played, the Interleague rules apply. When games against another BLL team are played, the BLL Local Rules apply. The Little League International rule book will always apply and supersedes any Local or Interleague rules. 

Please confirm your child's LEAGUE AGE prior to Registration. The registration software will place your child in the appropriate age division so please do not try to change a birth date to manipulate which division your child is in. Any requests to play in a higher division must receive approval from the BLL Board of Directors. 

NOTE: The BLL Board of Directors recently voted to include League Age 6 year olds in the Instructional Baseball & Softball Divisions. Females who are League Age 6 will be given the option to play another year of T-Ball if they prefer. 

These are the first points of contact for the Managers in each division. The Player Agent will manage Tryouts and the Draft for their respective divisions, and will provide assistance throughout the Regular Season as well.

The Little League Challenger Program is Little League’s adaptive baseball program for individuals with physical and intellectual challenges. Any individual with a physical or intellectual challenge may participate. The Little League Challenger Division accommodates players ages 4-18, or up to age 22 if still enrolled in school.
